For Marketing Plans: We understand stuff happens! If you fail to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 24 hours of your recurring payment, we will approve a refund for the recurring payment that took place.
For Verification Plans: We do not offer refunds if you do not receive Instagram Verification; as this is completely up to Instagram to approve. We do not offer refunds for verification package purchases due-to the level of physical and creative work performed by our team.
